Helped Out
Sometimes an organisation and an employee need to part ways.
Misaligned needs, breakdown in communication or relationships or ill health, it's a delicate situation to navigate but one that's critical to do well and do fairly.

It can be also a very emotional time and one where confidence is fragile which makes it harder for an employee to then go out a promote themselves to potential employers, to seek funding for a new business or to even think about other possibilities.

Hold on a moment though, there's a lot of options you can explore.
I had 15 years in HR and I've seen these situations from every possible angle.

I've worked with clients through restructures and redundancy. I have been the HR lead for discussions leading to mutually agreed exits.

I work with managers to create confidence in holding an effective and empathetic conversation, taking all legal advice into account and ensuring comprehension. To acknowledge and manage their emotions and develop their capability from the experience.
I work with your employees to recognise and celebrate the skills, strengths and capabilities they've built up. We explore a variety of options and work to build a mindset that supports resilience and builds confidence. To know their value and present well at interview.

They completed their sessions taking forward a clear sense of purpose, a motivating reason for their choices and a solid, achievable action plan.
Moving into new spaces being fully aware of the value they offer, whatever path they choose to pursue.

I work online mostly but have another method to offer. The clients that came out for a walk in nature with me had the added bonus of health benefits to body and mind, so do ask me about this option.
